      Primo Private Dining: DINNER

      Primo grill is pleased to offer the following new private dining menus with more entrèe options. These are user-friendly four course menus with appetizer, and your choice of salad, entrèe and dessert. Also for those that find it hard to choose we have two "Best of Land and Sea Menus." At your request, we will design a buffet menu to suit your needs.

      Chef's Special - $35 per person
      Antipasto Grilled bread with 3 sides: olive tapenade, spicy pepper relish and caper artichoke relish

      Salad: Mixed green salad, Roquefort vinaigrette, caramelized walnuts

      Entrèe, choose two of the following selections:
      • Grilled Hanger steak, roasted garlic mash, green beans, rosemary balsamic onions
      • Grilled boneless organic Half Chicken, garlic mash, green beans, porcini butter
      • Penne Pasta with shiitake mushrooms, rosemary and tomato cream sauce
      • Umbricelli with Pancetta Wrapped Prawns and tomato basil sauce

      Dessert, choose two of the following:
      • Vanilla Panna Cotta and seasonal fruit
      • Rich Rum and Espresso Tira Misu
      • White Chocolate Cheesecake with Hazelnut Biscotti Crust

      Primo Upstairs - $39 per person
