Join us for these fabulous specials at Primo this weekend
The weather has relented in SE Alaska so we've been able to get some troll caught wild king salmon. I will be preparing the salmon with fingerling potatoes, green beans and roasted cherry tomato balsamic vinaigrette. Jacqueline recommends pairing the beautiful fish with either the Lazy River pinot noir of Yamhill Oregon or the Yellowhawk Sangiovese of Walla Walla Washington.
We will also feature Cheryl Ouellette's super tasty local Berkshire pulled pork. With St. Patrick's Day coming up, I will be serving the noble pig with colcannon and caper mint salsa Verde. To pair with the pork, Jacqueline is recommending a new Barbera from California, Terra d 'Oro of Amador County - delicioso!
