Our local lady of the pork is providing Charlie the main course for this weekend's special - slow roasted pulled pork with roasted garlic mashed potatoes and caper mint salsa verde. Jacqueline suggests pairing this savory dish with a bottle of Alberdi Rioja or a glass of Yellow Hawk Sangiovese - fabuloso!
