      April 12th - Duck Confit and Pancetta
      By special request. Learn how to make duck confit and to cure your own pancetta.

      April 26th - Springtime in the Northwest
      Take this class and get recipes and instruction for a delicious NW spring dinner party.

      May 17th - Grilling Copper River Salmon
      Learn tricks of the trade and tasty recipes to make the most of this yearly treat.

      May 31st - Passport to Southern Italy
      Go south with a menu from Campania, Abruzzi and Sicily in this class celebrating the cuisine of the Mezzo Giorno.



      Classes are all held on Saturday 2pm-4pm.
      The $65 fee includes recipes and instruction, lunch with a glass of wine, tax and gratuity.
